Our family enjoyed our stay here and very close to sandpoint! The place is very cozy and tucked back off the road which was great. The listing very well describes the beds are more of a loft setting with no privacy which we knew in advance and also the train being not far you hear it through the night which we also knew from the listing. The driveway is pretty narrow so if you drive a larger truck you might rub on trees and bushes. Otherwise we were happy with our stay!

Great location and parking. Everything worked and local bike path great for some quick exercise and warm up for the day or enjoyable evening relaxing movement. Peace full setting and quite.

We had a wonderful stay! Cole and Tabatha were quick to respond and very accommodating! Everyone had privacy and space. We could walk to Sherman Avenue and the AC was wonderful! We’ll definitely stay there again next time!

Wow, we had a great experience in CDA at Cole's Place. we had a group with children and all of us, adults and children, were entertained the entire time! The house was adorned with such cool touches and we were right near downtown. We couldn't be happier!

Cole’s Airbnb was cozy, fit our large group comfortably, and was in a great location for our purposes. Cole communicated well, and all instructions related to the trip were clear. The beds were comfortable, and it provides easy access to downtown. Super cute coffee shop a quick walk away. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My family had the best week in Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Cole's home was the perfect location, within walking distance from Main street shopping and eats! walking around this beautiful town the locals were kind, welcoming, and even helpful. I highly recommend this location as its close to everything, yet far enough from the high volume hustle and bustle of downtown. The house was cozy, smelled wonderful, and had everything we needed! Thanks! ❤️

Great place for a family. We stayed for a few days while on vacation. Silverwood theme park is about a 30 min drive away and less than 10 mins to downtown…which is beautiful and has a wonderful park for the kiddos. My favorite thing about the house was the deck. It was wonderful to sit outside drinking my coffee and reading a book before the kids woke up.

Cole's listing was very nice. It was very spacious inside and was super comfortable. There were six in our party and there was more than enough room for all of us to lounge around and have space. The home was cozy and offers a lot more than we expected. I would definitely stay again if I'm in that area again.

This was a perfect spot for our group of 7!! Everyone slept comfortably. Away from the main downtown which was perfect for us, but still close enough to go enjoy it.

We really enjoyed staying at Cole’s place. It was so comfortable and everything was easy and accessible. We brought out dogs and Cole was very accommodating. Looking at booking our next summer vacation already with this place!
