***Please Inquire for our Special Monthly Rates*** **Pet Policy** While we love our furry friends they often leave their hair behind and this causes for extra cleaning! To account for this we will charge a $75 extra cleaning fee on your stay either in your original reservation or through the resolution center after your arrival) if you bring man's best friend along. Additionally pets are to not be left loose, unattended, and owners are responsible for picking up their waste. We also ask that pets are not allowed on furniture as their hair is hard to remove entirely.

Cole’s place was perfectly located about a mile from downtown, sanders beach, Tubbs hill and more. It was the perfect place for our families summer vacation with tons of space, a nice yard and all the amenities for a longer stay. I would definitely stay at Cole’s place again for our next visit and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in CDA.

My family and I loved our stay here. The house was easy to find and so clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for our whole party of 10. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house is not on the main road but still gives quick access to the interstate. There are a nunber of restaurants within walking distance, or very short driving distance. The beds were clean and comfy, the host Cole was responsive when we reached out. He also made sure to send the instructions for getting into the house before we arrived. He reached out during our stay to check in to see if there was anything that we needed. Before our time was up Cole sent the check out instructions and verified the check out time. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this host and well as this location.

This place was clean, quiet and super close to downtown CDA! Cole's place made me feel like it was home away from home. We will be booking Cole's place again!
