About

Welcome to Champ's place, a home designed and setup to make your stay Downtown Coeur d'Alene the most enjoyable. The moment you walk in the front door, you will feel welcomed into the large open gathering space with plenty of places to hide also :). Champ's Place is 4 beds (memory foam mattresses), 3 bath's with all of the amenities and features to create lasting memories just blocks away from downtown activities, hiking Tubbs Hill, and the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene.

Good to know

The main floor of the house consists of 3 bedrooms (Master with King, Queen Bedroom, and 2 twin XL bedroom) , 2 baths (Hallway bath has walk in shower, and master bath has tub). Downstairs has 2 non conforming bedrooms (no windows or closets) that we have turned into game rooms. 1 Game room has Pac Man Arcade, and NBA Jam Arcade. The other has a flatcreen TV, Bean Bag, and PS3 with a few games (madden, call of duty). Also downstairs is a full kitchen setup which we do not stock (we prefer guests use upstairs for cooking, dishes, etc) a refrigerator, foosball table, twin daybed with twin trundle, and then the 4th bedroom with a queen and shower bathroom.

Neighborhood

We are located on the east section of Sherman. As standard for Downtown Coeur d'Alene we have a mix of newer and older homes. Some of the best restaurants in town are located just blocks away, along with a grocery and liquor store.

Guest Access

Guests have 2 paved parking spots in the driveway, and street parking is available also. Access to the entire house except for the shop.

We had a wonderful stay! Cole and Tabatha were quick to respond and very accommodating! Everyone had privacy and space. We could walk to Sherman Avenue and the AC was wonderful! We’ll definitely stay there again next time!

Wow, we had a great experience in CDA at Cole's Place. we had a group with children and all of us, adults and children, were entertained the entire time! The house was adorned with such cool touches and we were right near downtown. We couldn't be happier!

Great place for a family. We stayed for a few days while on vacation. Silverwood theme park is about a 30 min drive away and less than 10 mins to downtown…which is beautiful and has a wonderful park for the kiddos. My favorite thing about the house was the deck. It was wonderful to sit outside drinking my coffee and reading a book before the kids woke up.

Cole's listing was very nice. It was very spacious inside and was super comfortable. There were six in our party and there was more than enough room for all of us to lounge around and have space. The home was cozy and offers a lot more than we expected. I would definitely stay again if I'm in that area again.

This was a perfect spot for our group of 7!! Everyone slept comfortably. Away from the main downtown which was perfect for us, but still close enough to go enjoy it.

Fantastic location, walkable to everything, but still in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Lots of space so our big group felt super comfy and able to spread out and relax. Would stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The home was thoughtfully organized and decorated. It had everything we needed. Very spacious home. The flow of the house was great, we really enjoyed the openness of the kitchen, dining area and back patio. The beds were comfy! It was close to downtown CDA, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay! Cole and Tabatha were great host! Very welcoming and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Our group could not have been happier with this place. What started as a family trip for college graduation, ended with a girls trip of aunties wanting to see Coeur D’elane for the first time. The place perfectly met our needs. It has a great location that is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. It was meticulously clean with modern and upgraded appliances. It easily fit what became a party of 10. The bathrooms were pristine and all 7 beds were so comfortable. I felt like Goldilocks walking in and trying them all out. Aside from the place’s superb location and excellent furnishings, Cole and Tabitha responded to quickly to all of our needs and made move-in and move-out a breeze. Highly recommend this place for large groups who want to be in the middle of all that this beautiful town has to offer.

Coles place was great it was very clean, and has all the amenities listed. This is a great house that comfortably accommodates the number of people listed. Very close to a lot of great spots!
